Decided not to run this morning cause my hip is still bothering me when I try to run. I'm thinking it's from overuse and too much stress. I play racquetball frequently and weightlift with my olbliques. Perhaps it's just from stress while running. Anyway, I'm going to see what happens in the race tomorrow and decide what to do after that. It doesn't hurt except when running and it usually goes away after a half a mile or so once it gets warmed up. Could it be a muscle that's just sore or...I don't know but it's just inside my hip bone below my belly button. Jogged a couple miles with Hayden and Joe before going to bed. 2 miles |
