It's pretty high elevation. I warmed up a couple miles. Then 2xhalf miles up a steep hill. Killer on the quads and the lungs. Half a mile cool down after each one. Ride -- 126

| This was a really fun race. I wanted to win and I didn't care about my time cause the course was really long. I ran with a pack for a mile or so. Then it was down to Jonathan and me. He broke me the last mile and I didn't have the guts to catch up. Next time I will though. It was still fun and all the news articles are saying I got first? |

| Drove up to Murray with my parents. The rest of the team went to Las Vegas. Wanted to get some good competition. My legs were sore from speedwork we had done so I decided to draft the whole way until I could break away and see how my legs were going to hold up. Turns out I had way too much left at the end. Just hung in 2nd until 300 to go and sprinted in with a decent time but not fast. Cool down with Hayden, Ben Johnson, and Ben Jarvis. |
