I decided to do speed work today on the track. Two sets of 4x300s with only a 100 meter jog in between each 300. I did them at full speed I was dead after each set. Usually I do 3 sets, but my legs were completely shot after 2. My warm up and cool down were half a mile each. I played racquetball all day before my run. After my run I went to the gym for a workout and played racquetball again with my brother.
