Morning -- 6 miles rim trail. Pretty tough hilly run on a trail. 3 miles out and back, with a major uphill coming back. Cooled down a mile barefoot on the grass and did 4x100 accelerators barefoot on the grass. Afternoon -- Weightlifting 1 curcuit. Evening -- 3.5 miles on a dirt road easy working on improving my form.
