Morning -- 7 miles same course through La Verkin as I ran with Joe the other day. Half a mile warm up and cool down. Afternoon -- Weight room. 2 cycles full workout. Evening -- I highly recommend running in the rain. It's so nice. I loved it. Just as the sun was going down and it reflected off the clouds and the rain. Oooh beautiful. And it smelled so nice. It was really cool too. 4 miles from out south to my house. |
