Personal:

I'm a junior at Hurricane High School. I love music. I sing in the chamber choir and I play the piano and the guitar. Other sports that I love include basketball, soccer, and racquetball. By the way, if anyone's up for a game of racquetball, I'm game! Anyways, gotta run...

10.82 miles at an average 6:40 pace.  I ran out south in Arizona on a dirt road by the dinosaur tracks.  After I got done I jogged a little cool down finishing at 11.5 total.  My feet and ankles were bothering me for the first mile but after that everything was fine.

Wow, Karl you ran a lot of miles. That is way good. Hope your feet and ankles feel better. You never know maybe they will stop you from running in track and you would have to throw jk
