Didn't run this morning cause I have APUSH homework. Track practice was half a mile warm up. Then we ran 4x200s at 1600 race pace which felt really relaxed. We were working on our form. We ran them around 30 secs. After that Joe and I ran the Angel Heights run which is 5 miles, at a moderate pace. It felt like we were running for an hour. That took forever! My legs are not sore but really tired. Good thing next week is a rest week. |
