February has been a bad month for me. After the first week I got sick and had a few minor injuries with my back and feet. I decided to take a few weeks off before track started so I would be ready to do the workouts. It really helped and now I am almost fully recovered and ready to take on this season. Today was the first day of track. We had twice as many guys as I expected, but I guess that usually happens and then half of them drop out in the first week. Anyway, we designated Mondays for long runs so we ran a 10 mile loop course out south on the asphalt. |
