Had to do some speed work and some down hill training. In the morning I ran 2 mile intervals down the hill going into toquerville. I timed the first one in 4:22. Calves got really sore though. Went to St George and got some new shoes, Saucony Grid Sinister. Look nice and feel great. Ran 1.5 miles downhill but my calves were killing so I ran another mile flat. |
