Half a mile warm up. Then we went 4 really easy miles and it was nice to have some fun with the guys. Then we did 8x100 strides at 17, 16, 15, 14, 14, 15, 16, 17. That was really easy and I hardly even got breathing, but it was mainly form and it felt really good. This was the first really easy day in a while and I loved it! |
