Not as windy today! I was excited for a track workout for once! First we did warm ups. Then we ran an easy 2 miles. Then we did a pyramid 200, 400, 600, 800, 800, 600, 200. Coach decided not to make us do the 1000 and let us skip a 400 on the way back down. We were all very grateful for that. Then a mile cool down and stretching. |
