I'm a junior at Hurricane High School. I love music. I sing in the chamber choir and I play the piano and the guitar. Other sports that I love include basketball, soccer, and racquetball. By the way, if anyone's up for a game of racquetball, I'm game! Anyways, gotta run...

Ran a half a mile for warm up.  Then we did 6x400s at 65 pace with one lap walk in between.  Then we did a 2 mile cool down.  My legs were dead after those 400s.  Just starting to get used to speed work again.  I have a meet tomorrow but its not important, just another workout.

Good job! you're a machine! U'll have 2 tell me how u do if u race luke. He schooled me today...keep running like that tho and u'll just turn into him!
