I'm a junior at Hurricane High School. I love music. I sing in the chamber choir and I play the piano and the guitar. Other sports that I love include basketball, soccer, and racquetball. By the way, if anyone's up for a game of racquetball, I'm game! Anyways, gotta run...

Warm up was half a mile.  Then coach took us on the three falls run up to the second fall.  It was 2 and a half up and then 2 and a half back.  Lots of rocks and sand.  It was fun though and easy.  Coach is fun to run with.

Thanks! I won't be that fast though. Remember that I got 30 mph of wind at my back on the backstrech, so it wasn't that amazing. I just hope I can break 4:35 this year...
