Warm-ups and cool down was a mile. Then we ran 4x200s a little faster than 1600 race pace. After that we ran an easy 5 miles on the cinder knoll loop. It was a really fun run, nice and relaxed the whole way. It was a great stress reliever. My feet didn't bother me quite as much so that is a good sign. I am trying to run lightly on them as much as possible. |
