We had practice in the gym today because of a horrible wind.  We did warm ups.  Then we did some drills with medicine balls.  Then distance ran for half an hour around the gym going up and down stairs the whole way around.  We must have ran like 60 laps.  I was tired out and sweating bad.  I felt really good though, so I'm going to be ok :)
