Woke up this morning with a sore throat and a stuffy nose. Very bad sign. I'm going to be sick. I decided I better not run today cause it always makes it worse. I came home and watched a movie and slept for about 3 hours. I feel a little better now, but it's just starting. Tomorrow is Prom so it was kinda bad timing, but hopefully I feel good enough to still go. I got sick last year at the same exact time! I always get sick twice each year! Once in the middle of cross-country season and the other in the middle of track season! I hate it! But there's nothing I can do now but rest and recover quickly. |
