I'm a junior at Hurricane High School. I love music. I sing in the chamber choir and I play the piano and the guitar. Other sports that I love include basketball, soccer, and racquetball. By the way, if anyone's up for a game of racquetball, I'm game! Anyways, gotta run...

First day of xcountry in the morning.  4 miles easy.  My legs are still really sore.  I took an ice bath afterward and they feel much better now.  Hopefully they will be ok by tomorrow.

Too sore to go to afternoon practice.

Morning -- 5 miles Angel Heights. Half mile warm up and cool down. Legs feel a lot better after taking an ice bath yesterday.

Afternoon -- Weight room workout. 

Evening -- 2 easy miles around town after dark.

Morning -- 5 miles cinderknoll run. Half mile warm up and cool down.

Afternoon -- Swimming at Chase's pool.

Evening -- 7 mile La Verkin loop with Joe.  I feel so great after the sun goes down.  We picked up the pace coming back and got pretty tired but it was a great run.

Today I went on a long hike for my workout.  I went with my family down Fatman's Misery, an awesome hike that starts in Zion and goes through some beautiful scenery.  We had to rapell down into slot canyons with pools of water, hiked through miles of river, and saw a big waterfall.  Great hike and had some killer uphills.  8 hours.
